Ingredients

Add ice to shopping list 1 1/2 cups ice

Add coconut cream to shopping list 6 ounces coconut cream

Add pineapple juice to shopping list 6 ounces pineapple juice

Add rum to shopping list 3 ounces rum

Garnish:

Add Freshly sliced pineapple wedges to shopping list Freshly sliced pineapple wedges

Add Maraschino cherries to shopping list Maraschino cherries

Directions:

Place the ice, coconut cream, pineapple juice and rum into a blender container.

Blend until smooth.

Pour into 2 glasses.

Garnish the rim of each glass with a slice of fresh pineapple, a maraschino cherry and add a straw.
