Ingredients

check corn oil 3/4 cup corn oil

check fresh lemon juice 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice

1 large clove ( 1 tsp. ) minced garlic

check anchovy paste 1 tablespoon anchovy paste

check Dijon mustard 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

check sugar 1/4 teaspoon sugar

check salt 1/8 teaspoon salt

check pepper 1/8 teaspoon pepper

check grated Parmesan cheese 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:

1. In blender ( or jar with lid ) place all ingredients except cheese. Blend 1 minute ( or shake vigorously ). Stir in cheese. 2. Store in refrigerator. Shake well before serving.
