Broiled Crab English Muffins

These toasted seafood snacks are a sure hit

Ingredients

check English muffins, split 6 - 8 English muffins, split

check crab meat 8 ounces crab meat

check margarine (1/2 stick) 1/4 cup margarine (1/2 stick)

check garlic powder 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

check mayonnaise 2 teaspoons mayonnaise

check Lawry's Seasoned Salt 1/2 teaspoon Lawry's Seasoned Salt

check Old English Cheddar Cheese spread 1 jar Old English Cheddar Cheese spread

Directions:

Toast English muffins. Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl, then spread over toasted English muffins. Cut muffins into fourths. Broil under low heat until spread begins to brown.
