Yield: 1 loaf

Ingredients

check water (70 to 80 degrees) 2/3 cup water (70 to 80 degrees)

check white vinegar 2 tablespoons white vinegar

check sour cream 1/2 cup sour cream

check sugar 1 tablespoon sugar

check salt 1 1/2 teaspoons salt

check bread flour 3 cups bread flour

check active dry yeast 2 1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast

Directions:

In bread machine pan, place all ingredients in the order suggested by manufacturer. Select basic bread setting. Choose crust color and loaf size if available.

Bake according to bread machine directions (check dough after 5 minutes of mixing; add 1 to 2 tablespoons of water or flour if needed).
