Creamy Pea Salad

Yield: 6-8 servings

check (16 oz. ea) frozen peas, thawed 2 pkgs. (16 oz. ea) frozen peas, thawed

check diced cheddar cheese 1/2 cup diced cheddar cheese

check diced mozzarella cheese 1/2 cup diced mozzarella cheese

check medium onion, chopped 1 medium onion, chopped

check mayonnaise or salad dressing 1 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing

check salt to taste salt to taste

check pepper to taste pepper to taste

check bacon strips, cooked and crumbled 4 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled
