Ingredients

check apricot fruit spread 1/2 cup apricot fruit spread

check whipping cream 1/2 cup whipping cream

check butter 2 tablespoons butter

check chopped pecans 1/2 cup chopped pecans

check vanilla 1/2 teaspoon vanilla

check rum extract 1 teaspoon rum extract

Directions:

In a saucepan, bring fruit spread, cream and butter to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 3-5 minutes.

Stir in pecans, vanilla and rum extract. Remove from heat. Serve over ice cream.
