Smoked Lox Torte

Ingredients

check (8 oz.) round Brie cheese 1 pkg. (8 oz.) round Brie cheese

check salmon lox 6 slices salmon lox

check capers 1 teaspoon capers

check fresh dill weed, chopped 1 teaspoon fresh dill weed, chopped

check assorted crackers assorted crackers

Directions:

Cut cheese horizontally in half. Place 5 slices of the lox on bottom half of cheese. Sprinkle with capers and chopped dill weed. Top with other cheese half. Roll remaining lox slice to fore a rose shape. Garnish cheese with lox rose and serve with crackers.
