Roast Beef and Radish Spread

Yield: 2 1/2 cups

Ingredients

check (8 ounce) cream cheese, softened 1 package (8 ounce) cream cheese, softened

check mayonnaise 2 Tablespoons mayonnaise

check Dijon mustard 2 Tablespoons Dijon mustard

check prepared horseradish 1 teaspoon prepared horseradish

check cooked roast beef, finely chopped 3/4 pound cooked roast beef, finely chopped

check finely chopped red radishes 1/2 cup finely chopped red radishes

check finely chopped green onions 3 finely chopped green onions

Directions:

Combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, mustard and horseradish in a bowl. Beat with electric mixer until fluffy.

Fold in beef, radishes and onions. Chill to blend flavors.

Spread on toasted crusty bread or with crispy bagel chips.
