Ingredients

check Gouda cheese, finely shredded 1 cup Gouda cheese, finely shredded

check sour cream 1/4 cup sour cream

check finely chopped pecans 1/4 cup finely chopped pecans

Directions:

In a medium mixing bowl, combine shredded cheese, sour cream and pecans. Stir until mixture is creamy. Cover and chill for one hour. Serve with crackers.
