Pecan Chicken

Ingredients

check pecans, coarsely chopped 1/3 cup pecans, coarsely chopped

check dried bread crumbs 1/3 cup dried bread crumbs

check dried thyme 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme

check paprika 1/2 teaspoon paprika

check salt 1/2 teaspoon salt

check boneless chicken breast halves 4 boneless chicken breast halves

check Dijon mustard 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard

Directions:

In a shallow bowl, combine the pecans, bread crumbs, thyme, paprika and salt. Coat chicken with mustard, then with pecan mixture. Place in a greased 13x9 inch baking pan. Bake, uncovered, at 375 degrees for 30-35 minutes or until chicken juices run clear.
