Avocado Salad Dressing

Yield: 3 cups

Add avocados, pureed to shopping list 3 avocados, pureed

Add sour cream to shopping list 1 cup sour cream

Add salt to shopping list 1 1/2 teaspoons salt

Add lime juice to shopping list 2 Tablespoons lime juice

Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor, then chill for 30 minutes. Serve with a green or fruit salad.
