Creamy Pork Chops and Rice

Ingredients

Add boneless pork chops to shopping list 4 boneless pork chops

Add (10.75) Campbell's condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup, undiluted to shopping list 1 can (10.75) Campbell's condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup, undiluted

Add cold milk to shopping list 1/2 cup cold milk

Add ranch salad dressing mix to shopping list 1 envelope ranch salad dressing mix

Add Paprika to shopping list Paprika

Add long grain rice, cooked to shopping list 2 cups long grain rice, cooked

Directions:

In large skillet, cook pork chops in oil until golden brown. Add soup, milk and envelope of dressing mix. Bring to a boil, cover and cook over low heat for 5 minutes. Sprinkle with paprika and serve over rice.
