Ingredients

Add cornstarch to shopping list 2 tablespoons cornstarch

Add (14.5 oz.) Swanson chicken broth to shopping list 1 can (14.5 oz.) Swanson chicken broth

Add lemon juice to shopping list 2 tablespoons lemon juice

Add Dijon Mustard to shopping list 1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard

Add Boneless chicken breasts, cut up into strips to shopping list 1 lb. Boneless chicken breasts, cut up into strips

Add garlic, minced to shopping list 2 cloves garlic, minced

Add chopped fresh parsley to shopping list 3 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Add hot cooked spaghetti to shopping list 4 cups hot cooked spaghetti

Directions:

In a bowl, mix cornstarch, broth, lemon juice and mustard; set aside.

In a nonstick skillet, cook chicken and garlic until browned, stirring often. Remove chicken.

Stir cornstarch mixture; add to skillet. Cook until mixture boils and thickens, stirring constantly.

Return chicken to skillet and heat through.
