Ham and Cheese Mashed Potatoes

Yield: 4 servings

Ingredients

Add mashed potatoes to shopping list 2 cups mashed potatoes

Add garlic powder to shopping list 3/4 teaspoon garlic powder

Add diced, fully cooked ham to shopping list 1 cup diced, fully cooked ham

Add shredded cheddar cheese to shopping list 4 ounces shredded cheddar cheese

Add whipping cream, whipped to shopping list 1/2 cup whipping cream, whipped

Grocery List: Select Shopping List Adds all checked () ingredients to your Grocery List.

Directions:

In a bowl, combine the potatoes and garlic powder. Spread into a greased 1 1/2 qt. baking dish. Sprinkle with ham.

Fold cheese into whipped cream; spoon over ham.

Bake, uncovered, at 450 degrees for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
