Mashed Maple Sweet Potatoes

Ingredients

Add (17 oz.) sweet potatoes to shopping list 2 cans (17 oz.) sweet potatoes

Add maple syrup to shopping list 1/4 cup maple syrup

Add butter to shopping list 2 tablespoons butter

Add orange juice to shopping list 2 tablespoons orange juice

Add salt to shopping list 1/4 teaspoon salt

Add chopped pecans for garnish to shopping list 1/4 cup chopped pecans for garnish

Directions:

In large saucepan, heat potatoes until warmed through. Remove potatoes from heat. Using an electric mixer, beat potatoes until light and fluffy. Stir in maple syrup, butter, orange juice and salt. Transfer to serving dish and garnish with pecans.
