Ingredients

Add ground beef to shopping list 1 1/2 lbs. ground beef

Add taco seasoning to shopping list 1 envelope taco seasoning

Add (15.25 oz.) whole kernel corn, undrained to shopping list 2 cans (15.25 oz.) whole kernel corn, undrained

Add (15 oz.) chili beans, undrained to shopping list 2 cans (15 oz.) chili beans, undrained

Add (14.5 oz.) diced tomatoes, undrained to shopping list 2 cans (14.5 oz.) diced tomatoes, undrained

Add Crushed tortilla chips and shredded cheddar cheese to shopping list Crushed tortilla chips and shredded cheddar cheese

Add flour tortillas, warmed to shopping list flour tortillas, warmed

Directions:

In a Dutch oven or large saucepan, cook beef until no longer pink; drain. Stir in taco seasoning, corn, beans and tomatoes. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes or until heated through, stirring occasionally. Place tortilla chips in soup bowls; ladle soup over chips. Serve with warm tortillas.
