Gumdrop Fudge

Yield: about 3 lbs.

Ingredients

Add white candy coating to shopping list 1-1/2 lbs. white candy coating

Add (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk to shopping list 1 can (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk

Add salt to shopping list 1/8 teaspoon salt

Add vanilla to shopping list 1-1/2 teaspoons vanilla

Add chopped gumdrops to shopping list 1-1/2 cups chopped gumdrops

Directions:

Line a 9-inch square pan with foil; set aside.

In a saucepan, heat the candy coating, milk and salt over low heat until melted. Remove from heat; stir in vanilla and gumdrops. Spread into prepared pan. Cover and refrigerate until firm.

Using foil, remove fudge from pan; cut into 1-inch squares. Store at room temperature.
