Ham Steak with Apple Glaze

Ingredients

Add apple jelly to shopping list 1/4 cup apple jelly

Add chopped fresh chives to shopping list 2 Tablespoons chopped fresh chives

Add mustard to shopping list 2 teaspoons mustard

Add dry mustard to shopping list 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard

Add ground ginger to shopping list 1/8 teaspoon ground ginger

Add fully cooked center cut ham steak to shopping list 1 pound fully cooked center cut ham steak

Directions:

Heat skillet over medium heat.

In a small saucepan, combine jelly, chives, mustards and ginger. Warm glaze over low heat until jelly is melted, stirring occasionally.

Place ham in preheated skillet and brush with apple glaze. Fry ham steak for 8 to 10 minutes or until completely heated and lightly browned, turning once and brushing with jelly mixture. Serve with remaining jelly mixture.
