Ingredients

Add ground beef to shopping list 1-1/2 lbs. ground beef

Add medium onion, finely chopped to shopping list 1 medium onion, finely chopped

Add dried bread crumbs to shopping list 1 cup dried bread crumbs

Add pine nuts to shopping list 2/3 cup pine nuts

Add grated Parmesan cheese to shopping list 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Add fresh parsley, chopped to shopping list 1/3 cup fresh parsley, chopped

Add eggs to shopping list 2 eggs

Add salt to shopping list 1-1/2 teaspoons salt

Add pepper to shopping list 1 teaspoon pepper

Add garlic, finely chopped to shopping list 1 clove garlic, finely chopped

Directions:

Combine all ingredients; blend well. Shape into 6 thick patties.

Grill patties, on covered grill, over medium hot heat 5 minutes or until desired doneness.
