Summer Macaroni Salad

Ingredients

Add macaroni, uncooked to shopping list 16 ounces macaroni, uncooked

Add red onion, diced to shopping list 1/2 cup red onion, diced

Add broccoli florets to shopping list 1/2 lb. broccoli florets

Add cauliflower florets to shopping list 1/2 lb. cauliflower florets

Add cherry tomatoes to shopping list 1 lb. cherry tomatoes

Add juliene pepperoni to shopping list 2 ounces juliene pepperoni

Add black olives, sliced to shopping list 2 ounces black olives, sliced

Add feta cheese, crumbled to shopping list 4 ounces feta cheese, crumbled

Add Italian dressing ( oil based) to shopping list 2 cups Italian dressing ( oil based)

Directions:

Cook pasta as directed. Rinse with cool water and drain. Add the vegetables and remaining ingredients and mix well. Refrigerate several hours or overnight to blend flavors.
